摘要
目的探讨老年急腹症的临床特征、诊断及治疗经验。方法回顾性分析2001～2009年收治的108例老年急腹症的临床资料。结果手术79例,其中急诊手术率63%,保守治疗19例,治愈103例,死亡5例,误诊率25.9%。结论应把握老年急腹症的特点,提高诊断的准确率,并且重视手术时机与手术方式的选择。
Objective To explore experiences on clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of elderly acute abdomen points.Methods The clinical data of 108 cases old patients with acute abdomen from 2001to 2009 in my hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Surgery was performed in 79 cases,of which 63% of the rate of emergency surgery and conservative treatment of 19 cases,103 cases cured and 5 cases of death,with misdiagnosis rate of 25.9%.Conclusion Grasp the characteristics of elderly acute abdomen;improve diagnostic accuracy,and the importance of surgical timing and choice of surgical method.
