摘要
大学是大学生社会化过程中的一个关键阶段,社会对大学生社会化有较高的期待和要求。高校学生工作可从思想政治教育、学风建设、综合素质教育、青年志愿者和社会实践活动等方面促进大学生从"学校人"到"社会人"的转变。
College is the critical stage of college students＇ socialization. The society has higher expectations and requirements of the college students＇ socialization. Departments of College Students Affairs can effectively promote students to change from the ＂school people＂ to ＂social man＂ by means of ideological and political education, learning atmosphere construction, overall quality training, youth volunteer activities and social practice activities.
