摘要
光学对中自动测量装置主要由面阵CCD、光源、光学镜头、处理电路和电源模块组成。详细介绍了测量原理,并进行了精度分析。按照实际参数进行了误差计算,对中时测量标准差仅为0.06 mm,实现了高精度测量。
The optical centering automatic measuring device is composed of area array CCD,lamp-house,optical lens,processing circuits and power supply module.The principles of the measuring device are introduced in detail,and the precision is analyzed.Based on the measured data,the standard deviation of centering is 0.06 mm,which shows that the device is with high-precision.
