摘要
本文阐述了服装商品企划和设计研发的产生、概念、内容、意义、原则以及两者之间的关系。探讨了商品企划在国内外的发展现状,主要以ZARA和李宁为例,着重分析了商品企划的重要性及存在问题。最后综合以上的讨论分析,总结出做好商品企划的步骤及要求,最终提出企业需要改变观念、重视并科学地进行商品企划等未来发展的一些建议。
This paper states the emergency,definition,content,meaning,principles of apparel merchandising and design development and the relation among them.It probes the current development situation about merchandising both home and abroad,mainly taking ZARA and LI NING for example,and emphatically analyzes the importance and existing problems of merchandising.Finally,synthesizing previous discussions and analysis,it obtains the steps and requirements of a good merchandising and tables some proposals for further development,such as the enterprises needing to change concept,paying attention and scientifically making the merchandising,and so on.
