摘要
对制造业中订单式企业与研发式企业的项目管理进行了比较,发现两类企业中项目管理涉及的方法和流程设置基本一致,但在具体运营模式上,两类企业在新项目导入的管理和供应链管理上差异较大。对比分析的结果表明:在项目管理的具体实践中,研发式企业更多地依赖研发阶段的管理以及客户需求和市场规划;而订单式企业更多地依赖生产阶段的管理,更加地关注生产和制造成本的控制。
Based on the comparison of project management between make-to-order and develop-to- order companies, we found that the methods and flow processes of project management are almost the same in these two types of companies, but the new project introduction and material manage- ment are quite different. The comparison shows that develop-to-order companies more rely on pro- ject development management, clients' demands and marketing planning, while make-to-order companies more rely on production management, and more focus on manufacturing and cost control.
