麻疯树枝条扦插生长中多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性变化 被引量:10

摘要 为了研究麻疯树枝条扦插生根过程中插条内PPO(多酚氧化酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)的变化,采集4类无性系插条进行大田扦插,在扦插成活过程中分期采集不同插条进行酶活性测定。结果表明,在麻疯树枝条扦插生根过程中,插条内PPO活性在扦插初期有一个下降过程,随后逐步上升;POD活性在愈伤组织形成期增高,而后期酶活性呈下降趋势。插条不同段酶活性存在不同分区应激反应差异;同种插条PPO活性的增加能促进根形成和生长发育。各类插条间POD活性的差异比较明显,生长于恶劣环境、树龄较大的插条的POD活性较高,而生长环境好、树龄较小的插条的POD活性相对较低。 Four types of clone cuttages were planted in the field, and branch samples were collected and analyzed regularly for enzymatic activity to study the changes of POD and PPO activity during rooting of cuttage branches of Jatropha curcas. Results showed that PPO activity decreased at the beginning, and then increased gradually. POD activity increased during callus formation, but declined later. Enzymatic activity of different cuttage branch had different stress response. The increase of PPO activity for same cuttage branch could improve the rooting and growing. POD activity for each branch was obviously different that the older branches in severe environment had higher POD activity, oppositely, the younger one in sound environment lower.
