摘要
比较了4个对梭条斑花叶病毒病具有不同抗性的小麦品种在接种和未接种处理中植株体内多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、过氧化物酶(POX)活性及其同工酶酶谱的差异。结果表明:在未接种处理中,叶片PPO活性表现为抗病品种大于感病品种;根系中PPO活性则与品种的抗介体(禾谷多粘菌)能力呈正相关。在接种处理中,各品种叶片中的PPO活性和POX活性均比各自的对照高,其中PPO活性的升高率是抗病品种明显大于感病品种;POX活性的升高率则是感病品种明显大于抗病品种。根系中的PPO活性,在初见病期前后,各品种亦比其对照高,且升高率与品种的抗介体能力呈正相关。无论接种与否。
The activities of polyphenoloxidase(PPO)and peroxidase(POX) as well as POX isozymes were compared among 4 wheat varieties with different resistances to WSSMV The results showed :for noninoculated, the activity of PPO in leaves from the resistant varieties was higher than that from the susceptible ones, and the PPO activity in root was positively related to the resistance of various varietierq to vector(Polymyxa graminis).For inoculated, the activities of both PPO and POX in leaves of various varieties were higher than their CK respectively;the increasing percentage of the PPO activity from the rersistant varieties was distinctly higher than that from the susceptible ones; on the contrary, the increasing percentage of the POX activity from the susceptible varieties was distinctly higher than that from the rersistant ones. In the leaves from the susceptible varieties,there is one more isozyme belt of POX in contrast with resistant ones, whether inoculated or not.
