摘要
为探讨链格孢菌对空心莲子草的防治潜力,采用离体叶片法检测了链格孢菌不同极性代谢产物、菌丝体及分生孢子对空心莲子草的致病性。结果表明,链格孢菌乙酸乙酯相代谢产物对空心莲子草离体叶片具有较强的致病性,在最高浓度2 000μg/mL时,石油醚相、乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相及水相导致叶片的病斑直径分别是对照的2.05倍、16.00倍、4.79倍和2.23倍。链格孢菌菌丝体和分生孢子同样对空心莲子草离体叶片具有较强的致病性,且随着浓度的增加致病性增强,在最高浓度9.88×106片段/mL和8.76×106个孢子/mL时,菌丝体和分生孢子所导致的叶片病情指数分别为最低浓度0.62×106片段/mL和0.55×106个孢子/mL时的2.78倍和3.41倍。链格孢菌具有开发为空心莲子草生防菌的潜力。
The pathogenicity of different polar metabolites, mycelium and spores of Alternaria alternata on Alternanthera philoxeroides was determined by using an isolated leaf method to discuss the potentiality of Alternaria alternata for controlling Alternanthera philoxeroides. The results showed that 4 metabolites had different pathogenicity to isolated leaves of Alternanthera philoxeroides, the spot diameters caused by ethyl acetate extract, butanol extract, aqueous extract and petroleum ether extract were 16.0 times, 4.79 times, 2.23 times and 2.05 times that of CK when Alternaria alternata solution concentration was up to 2 000 μg/mL. Mycelium and spores of Alternaria alternata had the high pathogenicity to A. philoxeroides leaves and the pathogenicity increased with increment of Alternaria alternata concentration. The leaf disease index caused by mycelium with 9.88×10^6/mL concentration was 2.78 times of that caused by mycelium with 0. 62×10^6/mL concentration and the leaf disease index caused by spores with 8.76×10^6/mL concentration was 3.41 times of that caused by spores with 0. 55 ×10^6/mL concentration, which indicates that Alternaria alternata had the biological control potentiality to Alternanthera philoxeroides
