摘要
个性化信息服务基于“以人为本”的理念。坚持“以读者为中心”,是高校图书馆提高服务质量的重要途径,也是实践科学发展观的重要途径。通过网络调查数据分析,可以看到我国高校图书馆个性化信息服务模式多元化,内容丰富,但应用规模较小,还没有形成完善系统。
Customized information service is based on the idea of "humanist", persists "taking the reader as the center", is the important way of college library to enhance service quality and to fulfill the science development view. Through analyzing the network investigation data, we can see that the pattern of customized information service in our country college library presents multiplicity, and its content is rich. But the applica- tion scale is limited, and has not formed integrated system.
