摘要
将引进的A2a基因敲除杂合子小鼠饲养于SPF环境中,依照遗传学规则进行繁育,提取每种基因型小鼠尾部组织基因组DNA,采用PCR法鉴定小鼠的基因型。结果表明,A2a基因敲除杂合子小鼠子代中将出现野生型、杂合子和纯合子3种基因型。
The introduced A2a gene knockout heterozygous mice were fed in SPF environment for propagation according to genetics principles. The genomic DNA from tail tissue of each genotype mice was extracted to identify their genotypes with PCR. The results showed that there were 3 genotypes （wild type, heterozygous and homozygote） in offspring of A2a gene knockout heterozygous mice.
