摘要
目前高校德育工作中存在许多困惑,如过分突出教师主导性,教书与育人相脱节,经验过时理念落后,单一的理论灌输模式等。心理咨询中的以人为中心疗法相信人性本善,主张以当事人为中心,相信积极的关怀和耐心的引导可以使当事人消除障碍、恢复健康,咨询师运用同感、积极关注和真诚等技巧建立良好的咨询关系等。可以将以人为中心疗法理论运用于高校德育实践中:以学生为中心开展育人工作,营造全员育人的和谐心理环境;赏识教育培养学生自信心;运用倾听、同感和鼓励建立平等民主的师生关系;以学生为中心开展主题活动激发学生潜能。
There're puzzles in the college moral education nowadays, which excessively highlight the teacher' s role, disjoint teaching and education, repeat old experiences and ideas too much, and cram book knowledge endlessly. On the other hand, however, the client-centered therapy insists on the belief that everyone was born with good nature, advocates that the treated do have their inner inclination of construction and the ability of self-guiding. This theory is client-centered and believes that active concern and patient guidance would help the clients to recover. Counselors construct good relationships with clients with empathy, positive regard and genuine. Client-centered therapy can also be applied to the practice of college moral education: to carry out moral education in a student-centered way, create a harmonious psychological environment with all staff participating in, develop self-confidence of the students with appreciation education, establish an equal relationship between teachers and students in the way of listening, empathizing, and encouraging, and motivate students by carrying out the thematic activities.
