摘要
教师的自我专业意识是其专业发展的起点与源泉。事实上,最终焕发教师生命活力的是教师自身,教师应清醒地认识到:自己不仅是专业发展的对象,更是自身专业发展的主人。为此,教师应自觉承担起专业发展的主要责任,注重培养自我教育意识、培育专业理想、提升专业精神、增强批判与反思能力,在充满生机的专业发展历程中提升与完善自我。
Teachers＂ professional Self- Awareness is the beginning and source of their professional development. In fact, eventually radiate vitality of teachers are themselves. Teachers should be aware of the fact that they are not only the object of the professional development but also the owner of the professional development, so teachers should be responsible for the professional development, pay attention to training the self- education awareness and professional aspirations, strengthen the criticizing and reflection ability, which make teachers get promoted in the cause of the professional development.
