农村体育教师职业倦怠问题探究 被引量:8

摘要 本文对农村体育教师职业倦怠问题进行了探究,农村体育教师职业倦怠的主要原因是社会地位低、艰苦的生存条件和较低的劳保待遇、持久过重的心理压力以及新时期的角色冲突等,并提出了克服职业倦怠的策略。
