摘要
对 40名中学体育教师教学态度及其影响因素进行了调查与分析 ,结果表明 ,盱眙县中学体育教师工作的敬业精神总体水平偏低 ,缺乏对本职工作的热情 ,尤其是 30～ 40年龄段教师 ,并且具有普通中学高于重点中学 ,职称、学历越低越缺乏敬业精神的特点。通过分析 ,归纳出影响体育教师敬业精神的主要因素 ,并针对现状提出若干改进措施和建议。
By an investigation about middle school P.E Teacher's attitude in their teaching , We finds that different part of P.E teachers have their own attitude to their work. Generally , the teaching attitude of P.E teacher in this area is low , in all P.E teachers , the oldest and the youngest one have a better attitude to their work . At the same time , the P.E teachers who have high degree and who are in high position or who are in high level middle school have a better attitude to work than the others .
