摘要
目的探讨加强临床指导对提高护生化疗认识及自我防护的影响。方法采用自行设计的调查表对在本科室实习的47名护生在入科时和出科时进行问卷调查。结果入科时护生对化疗药物污染的危险因素了解不全面,自我防护意识薄弱。经本科室工作人员临床指导后护生对化疗的相关认知水平提高及自我防护意识增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生对化疗药物的作用机制和配药时需戴口罩、手套等防护措施差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加强临床指导教育,强化规范操作,提高护生化疗知识水平及自我防护能力,有利于减少职业性健康损害的发生。
Objective Exploring the ways to enhance the clinical guidance for the nursing students, and help them to be aware of the importance of self-protection during chemotherapy. Methods Self-designed questionnaire a bout the time of check-in and check-out were distributed to the 47 nursing students in my section. Results At the time when the nursing students enter into the division of chemotherapy,they were all poor at the knowledge of drug contamination and other risk factors,and had a poor sense of sef-protection. After the guide in clinic practice,their level of the sense of the related knowledge about chemotherapy have been greatly improved. Compared with the before,the difference was of a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. But, compared with their knowledge such as chemotherapeutic drugs and dispensing mechanism of action, and when gloves needs wearing etc. there was no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion It is benefit to the health of the nursing students to strengthen the clinical guide and standard operation during the chemotherapy,and enhance the education of the students about the chemotherapy so as to improve the level of the sense and ability of self-protection.
