摘要
目的探讨酸碱度变化对凝血功能4项指标检测的影响,阐明其在临床中的价值。方法通过在混合血浆中加入蒸馏水作为对照组,以加入一定梯度浓度的盐酸和氢氧化钠为实验组,检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量,并进行比较分析,观察各检测指标的变化。结果实验组的PT、APTT、TT明显高于对照组,且随着酸碱强度的增高,影响越明显,经t检验分析差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而FIB实验组比对照组减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸碱度的变化对实验室检测PT、APTT、TT及FIB存在影响,在临床分析时,值得引起注意。
Objective To investigate the influence of the effect of hydrogen on the detection results of four indexes in blood clotting. Methods Prothrombin time (PT) ,activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin t/me (TT) and fibrinogen(FIB)were measured in blood plasm which were put into different concentration acid or alkali or distilled water, And the changes of four indexes in blood clotting were analysied by paired test. Results The results of four indexes in blood clotting were corrlpared,and there was a significant difference between distilled water group and acid or alkali group(P〈0.05), and every index was obviously increased along with the increasing concentration of acid or alkali,hut FIB was decreased, There was a significant difference between acid or alkali group and distilled water group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion When the determinate concentration acid or alkali was put into the blood plasm, there was a determinate effect in the detection about PT, APTT,TT and FIB.
