摘要
提出一种基于微处理器S3C2410的氢气浓度监测系统设计方案。针对由传感器输出的微弱电流信号,设计了低噪声、高抗干扰的前端信号调理电路,并利用SPI实现了ADC与S3C2410的数据传输。为微处理器S3C2410移植嵌入式Linux操作系统搭建了软件操作平台,完成了监测系统的外围设备驱动程序、数据处理程序以及图形界面程序等软件设计。通过实验验证,该系统具有良好的实时性、稳定性和灵活性,达到了设计要求。
In order to realize the real-time monitoring of hydrogen concentration of the environment,a design of hydrogen concentration monitoring based on embedded system is proposed.A low-noise,anti-jamming front-end signal conditioning circuit is designed according to the weak current signal output by the sensor,and the data transmission between ADC and S3C2410 using SPI is completed.The software operating platform is built for porting embedded Linux operating system to the microprocessor S3C2410.The peripheral device drivers,data processing procedures and the graphical interface program of the monitoring system are also designed.Experiments show that the system meets the design requirements and has good real-time performance,stability and flexibility.
