摘要
为探讨丹参对链脲佐菌糖尿病模型大鼠血清抗氧化功能的影响,用链脲佐菌60 mg/kg腹腔注射法诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型,将符合糖尿病诊断标准的大鼠,随机分为模型对照组(n=15)和丹参治疗组(n=15),并设立正常对照组(n=20)。丹参治疗组灌胃丹参水煎液每天5 mL/kg,模型对照组和正常对照组灌胃同样剂量的蒸馏水,试验期为28 d。灌胃后第7、14、21、28天眶后静脉丛采血,离心制血清测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果表明丹参治疗组的SOD、GSH-Px和CAT的活性较模型对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),其上升趋势趋向于正常对照组的活性;丹参治疗组MDA的含量较模型对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),其下降趋势趋向于正常对照组的含量。丹参对糖尿病大鼠的氧化应激有一定的减轻作用。
The experiment was designed for studying the effect of Danshen root on antioxidant function in blood plasma of diabetes rats induced by STZ.Using a diabetes rats model established by streptozotocin(STZ) injection,the selected SD rats were randomly divided into two groups as diabetes group(n=15),Danshen treatment group(n=15).The normal rats servedas control group(n=20).The liquid of Danshen root in the 5mL/kg d was taked orally and filled stomach in salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group,the similar dosage of distilled water was taked orally and filled stomach in diabetes group and the normal control group.The period of experiment was 28 days.The blood was taken behind the eye saket on 7,14,21 and 28days.Activation of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT and the content of MDA were measured in blood sera.Compared with the diabetes group,the activity of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT in Danshen root treatment group was significantly different(P0.01),its increase tended to the normal control group,the content of MDA in Danshen root treatment group was significantly different(P0.01),its decrease tended to the normal control group.The Danshen root have effect on reducing peroxidation stress in diabetes rats.
