摘要
研究了竞技健美操专项训练对大学生健康体适能的影响,在该实验条件下的研究结果显示:训练后男女生腹肌力和腹肌耐力均增强,躯干和颈部伸展能力提高;女生躯干和下肢柔韧性提高;无论男女,训练后体脂百分比均降低,台阶指数和背肌力均无显著变化。
Being a kind of competitive sport, competitive aerobics wins the good graces of the college studengts, and becomes popular in colleges. The influnces of competitive aerobics training on college students' physical fitness was studied. The results show that the training can promote the abdominal muscles force and endurance. After three mouths training, the flexibilities of subjects'trunk and neck were enhanced; the flexibilities of female subjects'trunk and lower limbs were also enhanced significantly. The percentage of body fat had a few decline. The Harward step index and back muscle strength had no significantly improvement.
