摘要
介绍了色稻的概念,重点综述了国际和国内有色水稻化学成分,辅助疗效研究中所取得的进展;结合当前食品发展的国际化趋势,从加强水稻功能性相关生理活性物质的作用机理研究等方面展望功能性水稻的发展趋势。
This review introduces the concept of functional components of colour rice and summarizes the current research progress on this topic. The study was conducted to expose research of functional rice that posses health benefits, therapeutic values. We concluded that developing functional rice was becoming a hot research focus in the near future.
