摘要
通过对食品安全可追溯系统的调查研究,从供应链角度归纳了可追溯系统的各种问题,分析了我国发生农产品食品安全问题的经济机理。提出了我国应结合农产品质量安全问题的特点和国际先进经验,提高了可追溯系统运作机制的效率,包括企业根据内外部制度环境开发适合自己实际情况的系统、选择相对固定的供应链模式、政府采取各种有效手段提供有效的市场激励、利用可追溯系统创造租金等,概括了实施可追溯系统的社会均衡框架。
By investigating traceability system of product safety, issues of traceability system were summarized, and the economic mechanism of China＇s agricultural product safety problems was analyzed. Features of agricultural product safety and the advanced international experiences should be considered jointly to improve the system efficiency, including that companies should develop systems suited to their actual situation according to their internal and external system environment and choose a relatively fixed supply chain model, and that government should take every measure to provide effective market incentives. The social equilibrium framework of implementing traceability system was also summarized.
