吡虫啉在梨果实中的残留动态分析 被引量:15

摘要 研究吡虫啉在梨果实上的残留降解情况及套袋对吡虫啉残留降解的影响,为生产上安全用药提供理论依据。结果表明,以推荐浓度1500倍液的吡虫啉施用后,其在梨果皮和果肉中的降解半衰期分别为9.68d和5.39d。在梨生长季节,用1000倍液的吡虫啉稀释液分别喷施1次和2次的处理,梨果皮的吡虫啉最终残留量分别为0.181mg·kg-1、0.225mg·kg-1;用1500倍液的吡虫啉稀释液分别喷施1次和2次的处理,梨果皮的吡虫啉最终残留量分别为0.022mg·kg-1、0.031mg·kg-1;均低于国际上最大允许残留限量(MRL≤0.5mg·kg-1);而在果肉中均未检出吡虫啉残留。说明,吡虫啉在鲜梨中主要残留在果皮里,果肉中仅有少量残留。套袋果果皮中吡虫啉的残留量比不套袋果减少了96.6%,2者呈极显著差异。 The residue dynamics and terminal residues of imidacloprid in pear fruit and the effect of bagging on pesticide content in fruit were analyzed. The results showed that the degradation half-life of imidacloprid was 9.68 d in peel and 5.39 d in flesh. When the whole tree was sprayed 1 or 2 times with 1 000 times diluted of imidacloprid, the final residues were 0.181 mg. kg^-1 and 0.225 mg.kg^-1 in peel, respectively. When sprayed with 1 500 times diluted of insecticide, the final residues were 0.022 mg. kg^-1 and 0.031 mg. kg^-1 in peel. Imidacloprid could not be detected in flesh whatever the application concentration was. The final residues could be controlled to lower than MRL (0.5 mg. kg^-1 ). Results indicated that the residue mostly existed in peel and seldom in flesh. The residue of imidacloprid in peel of bagged fruits was 96.6% lower than that in nonbagged fruits. The difference between two treatments was extremely significant.
