摘要
无公害蔬菜生产标准化体系是实现蔬菜安全生产的基本前提。为保证我国无公害蔬菜质量安全,必须加强蔬菜安全监管部门建设。文章综述了我国现阶段建立健全无公害蔬菜生产的社会化监管体系;提出了必须加强蔬菜生产从业人员的技术培训;以健康有序的扩大无公害蔬菜生产规模。
The standardization production system of non-environmental pollution vegetable is the basic safeguard of nonenvironmental pollution vegetables' quality. In order to ensure the quality of Chinese non-environmental pollution vegetable, we need to construct the perfect regulatory agencies; establish and improve the socialization management system; train producer to good technique; expand the scale of non-environmental pollution vegetable production.
