摘要
"网络民主"生成于网络社会,作为虚拟现实的政治形式,为"公民政治参与有序扩大"提供了新途径,即为国家、官员、社会与公民之间的互动、政治参与的要求与实践、政治文明的建设提供平台;为发展我国社会主义民主提供新动力。
In this paper,the author believes that the internet democracy is generated in the network society,puts forward that it is a political form of virtual reality for the ＂orderly expansion of citizen＇s political participation＂ that provides a new way and points out the internet democracy provides new impetus for the development of China＇s socialist democracy.
