摘要
目的探讨氯替泼诺与妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液在白内障超声乳化术后的抗炎效果。方法对32例患双眼白内障术后患者左右眼分别应用氯替泼诺+妥布霉素眼液和妥布霉素地塞米松眼液局部滴眼治疗,对抗炎效果进行对比观察。结果两种药物组间眼不适感、眼球充血、角膜及前房炎症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在对眼压影响方面,氯替泼诺+妥布霉素眼液对眼压影响更小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相对更安全。结论氯替泼诺眼液+妥布霉素眼液与妥布霉素地塞米松眼液抗炎效果相同,不良反应少,可作为白内障超声乳化术后的常规用药。
Objective To investigate the antiinflammatory effect of Loteprednol and tobramycin-dexamethasone eyedrops after phacoemulsification for cataract. Methods Thirty-two patients with cataract in both eyes were randomly divided into two groups after operation： one eye was treated by Loteprednol eyedrops, the other eye was treated by tobramyein-dexamethasone eyedrops. The antiinflammatory effect between the two Methods was compared. All patients were observed on the 3rd, the 7th and the 15th day. Results Between the Loteprednol group and the tobramycin-dexamethasone group, there was no significant difference in ocular symptoms, signs and the incidence of anterior chamber inflammation （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The incidence of high ocular tension in Loteprednol group was much lower than that in tobramycin-dexamethasone group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Loteprednol eyedrops have excellent efficacy and safety to control the inflammation after phacoemulsification for cataract.
