摘要
应用计算机数值模拟技术对圆柱面铁路桥梁支座的不同铸造方案的凝固过程进行了研究,预测其存在的缩孔和缩松缺陷,根据模拟结果选出一种最优的方案,为铸件的实际生产提供参考依据。
Based on CAE technology,the solidification processes of railway bridge cast steel bearing under different casting technologies were studied,and the shrinkage porosity defect was forecasted.A optimized plan was obtained,which provided a reference for practical production of the casting.
