摘要 为了实现钢铅金属两层壳体粘接结构的脱粘缺陷检测,研究了超声纵波多次反射法和超声透射法。分析了两种检测方法的优缺点,采用两种方法对钢铅两层粘接试样进行了检测试验,并对试样进行了解剖对比。检测结果表明,两种方法都能检测出钢铅金属两层粘接结构中的脱粘缺陷。 According to the acoustic characteristic of the two layers metal shell bonded structure,nondestructive testing of the steel and plumbum bonded structure by using longitudinal multi-echo refection method and transit method were studied.After analyzing its advantages and disadvantages,the steel-Pb bonded samples were designed and tested by two kinds of testing methods.Compared with the anatomized bonded interface,the test results showed that the two testing methods both could be used to detect the defects in the metal bonds.
