摘要
针对窄焊缝浅熔深工件结构,利用超声脉冲反射法对该工件进行超声熔深检测技术研究。设计制作对比校准试块,搭建了熔深检测实验平台,完成了针对该工件结构焊缝熔深超声检测试验。通过金相解剖与超声检测结果对比验证,该方法能够实现1.5mm焊缝的熔深检测。通过上述检测试验研究实现了对窄焊缝浅熔深工件结构的熔深检测,为实际工程应用提供参考。
Aiming at the structure work piece which have fusion depth of narrow shallow weld, the ultrasonic pulse reflection method used to detect the fusion depth of the work piece weld, designed and makes the contrast calibration block, established the weld fusion depth detection experiment platform, and carried out the weld fusion depth structure of ultrasonic testing experiment.Compared with the metallographic examination and the ultrasonic testing result, the ultrasonic method can achieve to detect the1.5mm fusion depth of the weld. Through the experiment research on the fusion depth of weld, the structure detection can be achieved by ultrasonic method; the study can provide reference for practical engineering which used in depth of the narrow weld fusion detection.
