摘要
目的:探讨放射性脑损伤的MRI表现,以期提高对本病的认识。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院2005年12月~2009年6月经手术病理或随访证实的8例放射性脑损伤的MRI资料。结果:表现为平扫白质区T1WI大片状低信号,T2WI为大片状高信号。异常强化表现为不规则形,花环状、珊瑚状、皂泡样、地图样等。结论:MRI表现为占位效应与水肿,增强T1WI表现为特殊形态的强化,结合放疗史,多数可以明确诊断。
Purpose:To investigate MRI Findings of brain radiation injury,in order to improve the understanding of this disease.Materials and Methods:MRI of 8 radiation-induced brain injury patients which from December 2005 to June 2009 in our hospital were confirmed by operation and pathology or follow-up were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In cerebral white matter,T1WI showed big piece low signal and T2WI showed big piece high signal for plain scan.abnormal enhancement manifested as irregular shape,like flower-lace、coralliform、soap bubbles、geographic,etc.Conclusion:MRI manifested as mass effect and edema,T1WI showed strengthening with special form for enhanced scan,based on the history of radiotherapy,most can be diagnosed definitely.
