摘要 目的研究SD大鼠下颌第一磨牙牙根的发育时序。方法选择刚出生的8只SD大鼠进行饲养,在出生后0、5、10、15、20、25、30、35d各取1只处死,分离下颌,制成石蜡切片,染色,40倍显微镜下观察拍照。结果出生后0~10d,SD大鼠下颌第一磨牙牙胚形成上皮根鞘,但无牙根硬组织形成;出生后15d,牙根硬组织开始形成;出生后35d,大鼠下颌第一磨牙牙根发育完成。结论SD大鼠下颌第一磨牙牙根发育过程与人类相似,且发育时间大大缩短,是研究人类牙根发育的理想动物模型。 Objective To observe the development time series of SD rat mandibular first molar root. Methods The mandible of SD rat were isolated. Paraffin sections of these mandibles were prepared and HE staining was done. ResultsFrom birthday to10 d post natal (PN), epithelial root sheath has formed, but no root calcified tissues formed. At PN15 d, root calcified tissues began to form. To 35 d PN, the mandibular first molar root of SD rat has completely formed. Conclusion The development process of SD rat mandibular first molar is similar to that of human tooth root, and the development time was shortened. Therefore, SD rat is an ideal animal model for investigation of human tooth root development.
