摘要
研究了乙二醛对真丝织物抗皱整理的工艺,探讨了乙二醛、添加剂、催化剂用量及焙烘温度和时间等因素对织物的折皱回复角、强力保留率、白度的影响。通过正交试验得出最佳工艺条件为:乙二醛质量浓度为35 g/L,乙二醇与乙二醛摩尔比为1︰1,氯化镁质量浓度为10 g/L,甲酸质量分数为2%(对整理液),焙烘温度120℃,焙烘2 min。
The anti-crease finishing process for silk fabric with glyoxal was studied. The effects of glyoxal dosage, additive dosage, catalyst dosage, curing temperature and time on the wrinkle recovery angle, tensile strength retention and whiteness were discussed. The optimized conditions were found by orthogonal experiments as glyoxal 35 g/L, the molar ratio of glycol to glyoxal at 1 : 1, MgC12·6H2O 10 g/L, formic acid 2 % (owb), curing at 120 ℃ for 2 min.
