摘要
文章从高硅钛铁矿性质研究入手,在查明物料性质的基础上,采用湿法冶金工艺研究氟钛酸钾的生产工艺,通过浸出、除杂、结晶、废水处理等条件试验,得出了最佳的湿法冶金工艺流程和工艺参数,所获得氟钛酸钾产品符合部颁标准,可作建厂的设计依据。
The paper studies the nature of high - silica ilmenite and on the base of this study, it uses the hydromet- allurgy technical to research on the production process of potassium fluotitanante. Through the leaching, impurity, crystallization and wastewater treatment condition experiments,it has obtained the best hydrometallurgy technical process and the technological parameter, and the quality of the potassium fluotitanate product meets the ministerial standard, which may be made as the design basis.
