摘要
大学生处在生理发育、心理发育由不成熟到成熟的过程,同时面临着毕业后进入社会等诸多挑战。若对自己的身体意象表示肯定、满意,即可增进个体的自信与人际关系的发展,继而达到生活适应良好的目标。本文考察性别、BMI身体质量指数(Body Mass Index)差异、体力活动的量和强度及是否参加规律性的运动等方面来探讨体力活动对大学生身体意象的影响。期待研究结果可帮助大学生以健康的心态来看待自己的体态,并能以科学的观念引导学生追求自我满意的身体意象,促进大学生身心的健康发展。
The college student experience the period of physiological growth from immature to mature.And at the same time,they are facing the social pressure after graduation.If they are satisfactory with their own body image,they can be confident and well-adapted to the environment develop a sound inter-personal relationship.This paper examines the impact of gender and BMI(Body Mass Index)differences,the amount and intensity of physical activity,and participation in regular exercise on the body image of college students.The results can help college students build a sound body image through a scientific way to promote physical and mental health of university students.
