摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对高校教务员的身心现状及存在的问题进行了论述与分析。研究结果表明:瑜伽练习能够有效预防高校教务员颈椎病、腰椎病、肥胖以及调节心理、缓解压力,培养毅力与情绪。通过此项研究旨在为促进高校教务员身心健康、提高其工作效率提供理论与实践参考。
By the research mothods of documental data and logic analysis,etc.,the author discusses and analyses the present situation and the existing problems of body and mind of university provosts.It is proved that the yoga practice can effectively prevent cervical spondylosis,lumbar dis-ease and obesity of university provosts,adjust psychology,ease pressure,develop will and emotion. The author reviews the researches in order to provide theoretical and practical references to promote the physical and mental health,enhance the work efficiency of university provosts.
