摘要
采用双料筒毛细管流变仪研究了聚丙烯接枝马来酸锌(PP-g-MAZn)离聚物增容的聚丙烯(PP)/尼龙6(PA6)的流变性能。结果表明,PP-g-MAZn增容的PP/PA6为假塑性流体,其表观粘度随着剪切速率的增加而降低;与未增容的共混体系相比,PP-g-MAZn增容的PP/PA6的表观粘度增大,并随PP-g-MAZn含量的增加而升高。PP-g-MAZn增容的PP/PA6的粘流活化能随着剪切速率的增大而降低。与未增容PP/PA6相比,PP-g-MAZn增容的PP/PA6有效地推迟了不稳定流动现象。
The rheological properties of polypropylene (PP)/polyamide6 (PA6) compati- bilized by PP-g-MAZn ionomer was studied by double-capillary rheometer. The results show that PP/PA6 compatibilized by PP-g-MAZn is pseudoplastic fluid,the apparent viscosity re- duces with the increase of the shearing rate. Compared with uncompatibilzed PP/PA6 , the apparent viscosity of the compatibilized PP/PA6 increases,and increases with the increase of PP-g-MAZn content. The viscous activation energy of PP/PA6 compatibilized by PP-g- MAZn declines with the increase of shearing rate. Compared with uncompatibilzed PP/PA6, the phenomenon of unsteady flow of the PP/PA6 compatibilzed by PP-g-MAZn delayes.
