聚丙烯接枝共聚物增大聚丙烯共混体系相容性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用尼龙1010(1010)、无机碳酸钙及硅酸钙分别与聚丙烯(pp)及聚丙烯的马来酸酐接枝共聚物(pp-g-MAH),制备六类聚丙烯共混物。用偏光显微镜、相差显微镜、扫描电镜研究它们的形态、分散状态及相界面。观察到与 pp-g-MAH 的共混物中分散相粒子都比其它 pp 共混物中的小且分散均匀,而相界面均较模糊。结果表明 pp-g-MAH 能改善聚丙烯与尼龙1010、碳酸钙、硅酸钙等极性物质间的相容性。 By means of polarization microscope,phase contrast microscope and scan-ning electron microscope,this paper studied morphology,dispersed stateand phase interface of six types of polypropylene blends which were preparedby nylon 1010,calciun carbonate and calcium silicate with pp and graft co-polymer of maleic anhydride(MAH)ontn pp.the size of particles are smalland particle disperses uniformly and phase interface is indistinct in pp-g-MAH blend systems than other pp blends tested.The results indicate that compatibility between the pp and the polar sub-stances such as nylon 1010,calcium carbonate and calcium silicate etc.canbe modified by pp-g-MAH.
