高含气率油气水多相流流量计算模型研究 被引量:4

INVESTIGATION OF THE OIL-GAS-WATER MULTIPHASE FLOW RATE MODEL WITH HIGH VOID FRACTION

摘要 针对目前截面含气率超过80%的油田多相流流量计量中普遍存在的总质量流量和分相流量计量精度低等问题,利用经典文丘里流量计和相参数传感器在多相流实验装置上对油气水三相流流量计算模型进行了研究,改进了传统的文丘里多相流计算模型,建立了基于干度和滑速比的高含气率多相流流量计算模型。实验结果表明,本文提出的高含气率下多相流流量计算模型具有较高的精度,从而为现场高含气率多相流计量提供了一种新的方法。 It is very difficult to measure the total and each phase mass flow rate of oil-gas-water multiphase flow when the void fraction is higher than 80%.Theoretical and experimental investigation of the flow rate measurement were carried out with a Venturi meter and a void fraction sensor in an oil-gas-water multiphase experimental loop in this work.Traditional Venturi model was improved and a multiphase flow mass flow rate model with high void fraction was purposed based on slip and quality model.Experimental results slowed the model has a higher accuracy than traditional Venturi model and thus a novel method was provided to in-situ measurement.
