文丘里管内气液两相环状流传热及流动特性研究

摘要 建立了文丘里管内气液两相环状流的一维三组分(气芯、液滴和液膜)模型,并编制程序对各组分温度和压力分布进行了数值计算.建立了相应的实验台,在冷态下测定了气液两相的压力分布,在热态下对烟气的温度分布和气液两相的换热情况进行了测试.理论计算和实验结果对比,二者符合得较好. A comprehensive model which incorporated the important phenomena in the annular flow of gas and liquid through venturi tube was established. The computer programs were written to give good predictions of the temperature distribution and the pressure distribution of each component. The corresponding experimental apparatus has been constructed. A series of experiments were carried out to test the heat transfer and flow characteristics in cold and hot conditions. The calculations with the model agree reasonably with the experimental data.
