摘要
高兹认为失业蕴藏着时间和劳动的解放,劳动再分配、普遍地缩短工作时间、实行灵活的工时制度和工作分享制、改变目前通行的付薪劳动形式等可以促进就业。高兹的就业理论总结了西方国家就业实践成功的经验与失败的教训,对于解决我国和谐社会建设中的就业问题有十分重要的启发和借鉴意义。
According to Gorz,unemployment implies liberation of time and labor.Redistributing labor,shortening work time,practicing flexible work time system and work sharing system,changing current pay labor form can increase employment.Gorz's employment theory summarizes success experience and failure lesson of western countries' employment practice and can provide important enlightenment and inspiration for solution of unemployment problem in building China into a harmonious society.
