摘要 为解决枣组织培养中初代培养阶段外植体污染问题,以灰枣1年生嫁接苗枣头茎段为外植体,研究了4种抗生素及其不同质量浓度对灰枣组织培养中污染的抑制作用。结果表明:头孢霉素抑制效果最好,150mg/L、200mg/L质量浓度处理污染率均为0,链霉素次之,卡那霉素和青霉素G钠盐对污染的抑制效果均较差;链霉素对枣腋芽的萌发有抑制作用,培养基添加200mg/L头孢霉素时腋芽细弱,叶片黄化。因此在枣组织培养中可使用150mg/L头孢霉素来抑制污染。 In order to solve the problem of contamination during tissue culture in Ziziphus jujuba., using one-year-old grafted seedings stems in Z. jujuba. Huizao as explants, effects of four kinds of antibiotics on controlling contamination were studied. The results showed that cephalosporin had the best effect on controlling contamination, and the contamination rates were 0 when the concentrations were 150 mg/L and 200 mg/L. Effect of streptomycin took the second place, and both kanamycin and penicillin G sodium had less effect on controlling contamination. Streptomycin could inhibit the germination of axillary bud to some extent, and axillary buds were slim and leaves appeared etiolation when using 200 mg/L cephalosporin. Therefore 150 mg/L cephalosporin could be used for controlling contamination during tissue culture in Z. jujuba..
