摘要
开展农村地区中学教师继续教育培训需求调查,对提高农村教师培训实效性,促进农村教师专业发展及全面深入地推进新课程改革具有重要的意义。采用问卷调查方法,就福建部分农村地区中学教师参加培训的基本情况,对培训活动的认识、需求和意见进行调查。调查表明:目前大部分农村中学教师接受了县级以上的培训,对培训活动的性质、目的有了较正确的认识,但仍存在教师参加培训动力不足、培训效果不理想等问题。应提高认识,明确农村中学教师培训目标,把握教师培训需求,积极开展校本培训,构建以骨干教师培训为主,逐步带动全体教师参与的农村中学教师培训新格局。
In this paper, questionnaires are mainly used for investigating the training demand for teachers' further education in secondary schools of rural areas in Fujian province, in order to get knowledge of teachers' teaching philosophy and practice, as well as the basic situation of the training in secondary schools of rural areas. This arti- cle is aimed to bring forward the related measures after analyzing rural secondary school teachers understanding and desires of on-the-job training and probing into rural secondary school teachers' demands for the training content, training methods, training teachers, training time training rated methods and so on.
