摘要
目的观察亚临床甲肽脉功能减退症减心率变异性(HRV)的变化。方法50例亚临床甲减患者分不需治疗组和需治疗组。分析治疗前后的24h心电图心率变异。结果两组24hSDNN、SDANN、SDNNindex、rMMSD、PNN50均较对照组显著降低,需治疗组治疗前后有显著差异。结论亚临床甲减患者交感神经及迷走神经功能均受损。对亚临床甲减患者作心率变异性的检测,有助于及时了解自主神经功能变化,判断治疗的疗效。
OBJECTIVE To observe subclinical hypothyroidism heart ratevariability（HRV）changes.METHODS 50 cases of subclinical hypothyroidismpatients had divided into no treatment group and hours to be the treatment group.Analysis of ECG before and after treatment of 24h heart rate variability.RESULTS Two groups 24h SDNN,SDANN,SD NN index,rM M SD,PNN50 than a significant reduction in the control group required treatmentgroup were significantly different before and after.CONCLUSION Patients with subclinical hypothyroidism sympathetic and vagus nerve function impairment.Patients with subclinicai hypothyroidism on heart rate variability for the detection,help to understand changes in autonomic nervous function to determine the efficacy of treatment.
