摘要
目的观察甲减性心脏病患者心率变异性(HRV)的变化。方法采用24 h动态心电图分析甲减性心脏病患者(39例)HRV的时域指标,并与正常对照组(39例)进行比较。结果甲减性心脏病组平均R-R间距(RR I)、24 h窦性R-R间期标准差(SD)、5 m in窦性R-R间期标准差(SDAIDX)、5 m in窦性R-R间期标准差的均值(SD IDX)、R-R连续差异平方根(rMSSD)、相邻窦性R-R间期差值大于50 ms的百分比(PNN50),均明显低于正常对照组,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论甲减性心脏病患者交感神经及迷走神经功能均受损,可能为甲减性心脏病的发病机制之一。
Objective To analyze the heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with hypothyroidism.Methods Time and domain indices of HRV were analyzed using 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiogram recording.39 patients with hypothyroidism and 39 healthy subjects were included.Results SD、SDAIDX、SDIDX、rMSSD、PNN_(50)、RRI in the hypothyroidism group were significantly lower than those in the healthy subjects group(P<0.01).Conclusion Both sympathetic and parasympathetic dysfunction appeared in the patients with hypothyroidism.
