摘要
根据国内外联合收割机控制的研究发展现状,设计了一种基于ARM9+μC/OS-Ⅱ的联合收割机车速调控系统。该系统接收滚筒转速和车速信号,经过模糊神经网络预测控制器和ARM嵌入式内核处理后输出控制步进电动机的驱动信号,并由步进电动机驱动液压无级变速器,调节行走速度,使联合收割机快速稳定地运行,达到作业质量和作业效率双高的目标。田间实验表明,该控制系统具有一定的稳定性,能达到预期的效果。
According to the domestic and foreign research of combine control system,a speed-control system of combine is designed based on ARM9 and μC /OS-Ⅱ. The input signals (rotary speed of threshing cylinder,combine’speed) are received by the control system and dealt with by the fuzzy neural network predictive controller and embedded kernel of ARM9. Then it provides the pulse signals of step motor to drive the hydraulic CVT. Finally,the combine can run rapidly and steadily to achieve the dual-high goal of the quality and efficiency. The experimental results prove that the control system has certain stability and can reach anticipated effects.
