摘要
对于联合收割机脱粒滚筒脱粒装置这样一个非线性时变且有较大延时的复杂系统,采用MATLAB的SIMULINK和Fuzzy Logic Toolbox工具箱建立了联合收割机脱粒滚筒数学模型、模糊控制器以及整个控制系统的仿真。仿真结果表明,联合收割机行进速度在一定范围中波动,通过脱粒滚筒模糊控制系统,滚筒的角速度能够稳定在额定值附近,达到了滚筒角速度恒速控制的目的,通过控制行进速度一定的范围值从而对脱粒滚筒转速调控在额定值,脱离滚筒的脱粒性能得到一定的改善。
According to the seed extraction installment of cylinder for combine harvester was a non-linearity changes,big time-delay complex system,the mathematic model of cylinder for combine harvester,the fuzzy logic controller and the whole control system of the cylinder were set up by applying MATLAB Simulink and Fuzzy Logic Toolbox.The simulation result shows that when the walk velocity of combine harvester varies in a regular area,the angle rate of the cylinder that is affected though the fuzzy control system can be kept within the expected range,so the angle rate of the cylinder can be work under control of constant value.As a result,the cylinder performance is improved when keep the angular speed in the anticipated scope by controlling walk velocity of combine harvester.
