摘要
为解决大型拖拉机的农机具配套不足问题,研究开发了与大功率拖拉机配套的多功能中耕除草机。该机采用垂直旋转弹齿式除草装置实现作物苗间除草,同时采用单元组的随行导向限深仿形技术及抖动式高性能的排肥装置,能够一机完成行内与行间除草、深松、侧深施肥和中耕等作业,减少了田间作业次数,降低了作业成本,改善了土壤和生态环境。田间试验证明,该机作业性能稳定,杂草除净率高,伤苗率低。
To deal with the insufficient matching problem of agricultural machinery and equipment of large powerful tractor,research and develop multifunctional weeding-machine. The machine adopts upright rotating spring tooth type weeding installation,achieves between-seedling weeding,depth-limiting and directing,along ridge profiling technology of the unit,the fertilizer distributor of vibration-type and high-performance. The machine could finish inner and between-seedling weeding,deep loosening,deep side fertilizing,cultivating in one pass. Decrease number of times of field work,immensely reduce the cost,improve soil and ecological environment. Through the test in field,prove stable performance of the machine,efficiently weeding,lower rate of injury seedling.
