介绍了2009年我国硫酸磷肥生产运行情况。2009年我国硫酸总产量(以H_2SO_4计)59 686 kt,同比增长11.0%,其中硫磺制酸产量27 958 kt,冶炼烟气制酸产量17 785 kt,硫铁矿制酸产量13 846 kt,其它原料制酸产量97 kt。磷肥产量(以P_2O_5计)13 857 kt,同比增长7.8%,其中高浓度磷复肥产量10 615 kt,同比增长11.9%,占磷肥总产量的76.6%。全年进口硫磺12 168 kt,同比增长44.9%;进口硫酸2 826 kt,同比增长75.9%,其中韩国硫酸约占57.9%,日本硫酸约占38.7%。预计2010年我国硫酸磷肥将保持平稳运行态势,硫酸产量在63 000 kt以上,磷肥产量在14 500 kt左右。分析了今后几年硫酸磷肥行业发展趋势。
China＇s sulphuric acid and phosphate fertilizer production in 2009 are described.Production of sulphuric acid increased by 11.0%to 59 686 kt（as H2SO4 ）,with 27 958 kt from sulphur,17 785 kt from metallurgical off-gas,13 846 kt from pyrite,and 97 kt from others.Production of phosphate fertilizer increased by 7.8% to 13 857 kt（as P2O5）,with 76.6%from high-analysis phosphate fertilizers,and production of high-analysis phosphate fertilizers increased by 11.9%to 10 615 kt.Imported sulphur increased by 44.9%to 12 168 kt,and imported sulphuric acid increased by 75.9%to 2 826 kt,57.9%of which was from Korea and 38.7%from Japan. It is predicted that China＇ s sulphuric acid and phosphate fertilizer production will maintain steady state,and sulphuric acid production will reach over 63 000 kt and phosphate fertilizer production will reach about 14 500 kt in 2010.Trend of the industry of sulphuric acid and phosphate fertilizer trends sulfuric acid phosphate in next few years are analyzed.
