Primary Report on Cold Resistance of Thirteen Apricots in Xinjiang

摘要 【目的】确定新疆杏品种抗寒力的相对强弱顺序,为新疆杏品种区化和新品种推广提供抗寒性依据,为育种利用提供参考。【方法】采用电导法、恢复生长法和应用Logistic方程求出拐点温度(半致死温度—LT50),确定供试品种的抗寒力。【结果】供试的13个品种中,紫杏、大果胡安娜、阿克牙格勒克抗寒性强,可抗-31℃低温;冬杏、赛买提、佳娜丽、安江胡安娜的抗寒性较弱,只能抗-22℃左右低温。【结论】通过恢复生长法观察杏不同品种的可逆反应证实,电导法和应用Logistic方程相配合测得杏树品种的抗寒力,其结果比较准确。试验的杏品种处在-21^-30℃时,多数会受到不同程度的伤害,其下限可造成不可逆转的损伤。 [ Objective]To provide basis and reference for breeding and spreading new varieties of apricot, this paper was designed to select and determine the apricot varieties with high quality and cold resistane in Xinjiang. [Method] Cold resistane of 13 experimental varieties in Xinjiang were defined by electrolyte leakage and the restoration growing method and inflection temperature (median lethal temperature LT50 ) and application of Logistic equation. [ Result] Zixing, Daguohuanna, akyaklek have strong cold resistance in 13 experimental varieties, they can be resistant to - 31 ℃ low temperature( L. T). Dongxing, Saimaiti, Jianali, Anjianghuanna have weak cold resistance in 13 experimental varieties, they can be resistant to -22℃ low temperature. [ Conclusion]The result showed that cold resistance of apricots were defined by electrolyte leakage and inflection temperature and it were confirmed by the restoration growing method. Majority of varieties tested have been injured, when temperature is between - 21 ℃ -30℃. It cannot be reversed, when temperature is -30 ℃.
