摘要
低收入的劳动者在工资率下降时往往会增加劳动供给时间,实证分析表明这些劳动者的个体特征有:女性、已婚、农村户口、身体健康、文化程度低、工作地位低、所在工作单位规模小、职业变化频繁,只有了解这些特征才能保障劳动保护政策做到更有针对性。
Low-income workers often increase their supply of working hours when wage rate falls. An empirieal analysis indicates their individual characteristics : female, married, of rural residence, healthy, low level of education, low job position, working in small businesses, and frequent change of jobs. Only by understanding these features, can labor protection policies be more focused.
