摘要
为山梨酸生产过程中的中间产品——粗山梨酸含量测定,建立了一种快速高效的液相色谱分析方法,并根据多次实验考查了不同进样配比、不同进样速度下的的分析谱图,最终得到最佳的优化条件为:用Shim-packVP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,在230nm波长下,甲醇:水(v/v)=80:20为流动相,流速0.5mL/min,柱温25℃;自动进样气进样,进样1μl。在所选定的液相色谱条件下,粗山梨酸中山梨酸含量测定结果较好,用外标法测取粗山梨酸中山梨酸含量,是一种简便、快速、准确的分析方法,从进样到完成分析只需12min,山梨酸含量和峰面积比值之间呈良好的线性关系,山梨酸的直线回归方程为y=1×107x+75037,相关系数为0.9977,方法的相对标准偏差为0.87%,回收率达98.60%。
To estiblish a method with fast high-performance liquid chromatography to detemine the crude sorbic acid content in the middle of sorbic acid products of the industrial production.based on repeated sampling of different ratio of different injection speeds.The optimum conditions:Shim-pack VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)column in the wavelength of 230nm,methanol:water(v/v)=80:20,and as mobil phase at the flowrate of 0.5mL/min,column temperature 25℃.In the selected HPLC conditions,This method is simple,rapid and accurate.sampling from only 12min to complete the analysis time.Sorbic acid linear regression equation is y=1×10^7x+75037,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9977,the relative standard deviation of 0.87% and the recovery rate of 98.60%.
